Shipping

- Shipping times vary by product and supplier. Estimated delivery times are shown when available.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.
- We currently ship within the contiguous United States.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We'll work with our suppliers to make things right as quickly as possible.
Returns
We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Before returning an item, please contact us for return authorization and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Restocking Fees
Some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Depending on the supplier's return policy, certain returns—particularly items over $75 or oversized items—may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
